Jessica Rowe Bald
Jessica is a Canadian entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience scaling businesses in the energy, renewables, and real estate sectors. She has led revenue growth and business development at several energy services businesses and renewable infrastructure providers, helping transform early-stage ventures into industry leaders. Known for driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships, Jessica has also served on multiple boards, including as a Board Advisor to the Building Industry and Land Development (BILD) association.

Johnathan Bald
Johnathan is a technology sales leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth across IT infrastructure, cyber security, data analytics, and AI solutions. Prior to joining Black Kite as Global Sales Leader, he led regional sales for RSA Security across Canada and the U.S. East and Central districts. He specializes in building and scaling enterprise sales teams focused on complex Fortune 1000 engagements, and is known for a “perpetual discovery” approach that keeps the customer at the center of every initiative.
